PT Jakpro Streamline the Subsidiaries

Efficiency measures are conducted by the Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) belongs to Jakarta Provincial Government, PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro). Therefore, PT Jakpro streamlines the subsidiaries from nine becomes three companies.

All this time, an employee is working in several subsidiaries. Through this restructuring, post misuse among employee will not happen again

PT Jakpro Director, Budi Karya Sumadi said that through restructuring subsidiaries, there will no longer post misuse among employees.

"All this time, an employee is working in several subsidiaries. Through this restructuring, post misuse among employee will not happen again. Thus expenditure efficiency can be done," he stated, at City Hall, Tuesday (6/17).

He furthered this year is a paradigm shift momentum in his company. Besides restructuring, PT Jakpro also changed the company's logo which aims to motivate and create the new working atmosphere. "The logo was changed to create a new atmosphere in the office, particularly about employee psychological," uttered former Director of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol (TIJA).

As known, the logo launching was held on Monday (6/16) at Pluit Dam's Park, North Jakarta. Its launching was attended by Acting Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama.

On that occasion, Basuki asserted PT Jakpro have a role in the development progress of Jakarta. It can be proven by some credence given to the company to undergo a priority program initiated by Jakarta government. For instance is normalization of Pluit and Ria Rio Dam. "The big challenge is faced by PT Jakpro," he stated.

Regarding Pluit Dam normalization, Jakarta government is accelerating the flats construction which will be provided for people who live on the riverbanks.

"This month, we're targeting there will be no people living on the banks of the dam. Thus, normalization can be done maximally," he finished.
